1. Main Function of the Role

This role requires effective communication, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships with clients. The consultant will also ensure that the showroom meets the required standards to create a professional and welcoming environment.

2. Key Performance Areas

  • Sales and Marketing Execution
    • Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed new vehicle sales targets.
    • Actively prospect and follow up on potential leads to generate new business.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and guiding them towards appropriate vehicle options.
    • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Showroom Maintenance
    • Ensure the showroom meets required standards, including vehicle display, cleanliness, and overall neatness.
    • Collaborate with the team to maintain a professional and organized working environment.

3. Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Namibian citizenship.
