This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely product launches and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Merchandising Assistant contributes to the efficient operation and success of Pupkewitz Megatech by supporting the merchandising team in various essential functions.  Requirements Grade 12. One (1) year experience as a merchandiser, or similar role. Proficiency in using an ERP system. Excellent computer literacy capabilities. High level of accuracy.  Key Result Areas Assist in planning and executing product displays and promotional setups. Ensure that products are accurately priced, labelled, and displayed according to company standards. Maintain visual merchandising standards. Assist in implementing strategies to improve the overall shopping experience. Support customer service initiatives and handle merchandising-related inquiries. Assist in managing stock replenishments and transfers to meet customer demand. Help to take off discontinued lights and move to a special area. Assist to put new pricing on the shelves. Monitor movement of display lights to move cross-referencing numbers on shelves as well. Do checks in warehouse to ensure all stock has a display in the retail area. Conduct daily cycle counts. Participate in bi-annual stock takes.  Personal In our fast-paced environment, the candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter, being able to work in a team and individually with total integrity. Must be proactive and energetic. Must be detail-orientated and an analytical thinker. Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
