MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:     

  • Minimum Grade 11
  • Minimum of 1 years’ Customer Service experience within a Contact Centre dealing with UK customers
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • Basic computer literacy (Outlook and MsWord essential)
  • Must be available to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Committed to personal development
