Role Purpose:

• Assist in achieving the efficient and effective running of the production processes to ensure that optimum quality product is achieved. 

Required Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (or equivalent literacy and numeric level)
• Basic computer literacy 

Required Experience:

• 3 months’ previous experience in a production environment

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Physically fit – able to carry 50kg bags 
• One month on-the-job training
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Quick problem solving skills
• Shift work and overtime
