Purpose:

Rainbow is currently seeking a Process Monitor for our Wolwehoek branch. This role will be responsible for monitoring and measuring products to ensure adequate processes are in place and customer satisfaction is provided.

 

Requirements:

• Matric with Mathematical attributes.
• Minimum of 3-year food processing (FMCG) experience
• It would be an advantage for candidates to have previous Processing experience in a food industry environment
• Must be able to communicate (Speak, read, & write) in English &
• Computer literacy will be an advantage.
• SAP system will be an additional advantage.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work shifts.
• Must be able to work long hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Online monitoring and corrective action on all products within the department to ensure quality standards and specs are met.
• Reporting of results to the process leader.
• Take and follow up on corrective action.
• Responsible and supervise shift team to achieve KPI’s and efficiencies.
• Record all relevant production information.
• Pay attention on issues discussed in the meetings and come up with Initiative on problems raised
• Identification and follow-up of improvements to minimize any non-conforming materials and products.
