Role Purpose:

• To ensure accurate dispatching of trucks to customers 

Required Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent literacy and numeric level

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in a production and logistics environment, minimum of 3 years 

Required Knowledge and Skills: 

• Basic Computer Literacy
• Good Communication skills 
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Supply required medication from the store to the allocated storage areas at the point of use to the bins/minerals.
• Process a delivery note documents from SAP once loaded orders are tested for quality at the lab and result is received.
• Checking and doing Round Robin (scale / weighbridge verification) once a week and send to Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager and Logistics Manager.
• Check the daily plan on all orders due to be delivered including previous day orders
• Balance the spread sheet report on total outstanding orders to be delivered for the day
• Prepare a daily spreadsheet report
• Adherence to Feed Safety Standards and Procedures
• Adhere to Health, Safety Environmental Standards and Procedures
