Talent Management

  • Provide all recruitment administration support for A and B appointments.
  • Ensure all reference and criminal record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner and entry medicals completed 
  • Announce new appointments 
  • Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction

Employee Administration

  • Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
  • Handle maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave processes and queries.
  • Assist with health, safety and IOD processes and queries
  • Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained.
  • Provide data for and prepare management information reports.
  • Liaise with payroll on payroll issues
  • Process medical aid / fund entries and withdrawals.
  • Process death and disability claims
  • Maintain the personnel filing system and safeguard the files and documentation.
  • Distribute/disseminate policies and convey related communication.
  • Administer employee/study loan and bursary documentation.
  • Answer all channelled HR administration-related queries from employees and managers in the business and ensure their resolution in accordance with service standards.
  • Ensure all relevant HR data systems are accurate and current

IR / ER Processes

  • Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Capture disciplinary records into SAP
  • Arrange hearings and manage exit processes (withdrawal documents; workflows; exit interviews; exit medicals)

​General

  • Co-ordinate and schedule bookings (hearings, meetings, functions, training)
  • Compiling, consolidation and ordering of stock 
  • Complete buying request process (Quotes, BR’s, Workflows; Orders, Follow-up)
  • Co-ordinate mail to farms
  • Taking minutes at hearings and meetings
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing system
  • Implemented and maintained archive
  • Complete day to day workflows 
  • Reception duties
  • Maintain clean, organised and well-functioning office environment
  • Assist in HR related activities as and when required

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma in Human Resource management
  • Valid code EB drivers' license
  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Fluent in English (Read; Speak; Write)
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge
