The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
• Establishing strong relationships with Wholesale Customers.
• Customer management and relationship development.
• Managing point of purchase objectives.
• Managing returns according to company policy.
• Managing sales and merchandising agents market coverage.
• Identifying product growth opportunities within our area.
• New accounts and applications.
• Trade shows.
• Customer complaints.
• Promoting and growing our brands.
• Sales administration.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• Must have a grade 12 (matric).
• Must be familiar with the Poultry Industry.
• Sales experience in the FMCG sector an advantage.
• Must be able to work in a high pressured environment.
• Self-motivated and should have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment - a key requirement.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid code 8 driver’s license.
• Participate in cross pollination of duties within the sales department.
• Must be computer literate.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
