KEY ACTIVITIES

Office Hygiene Management

  • Clean entire office area
  • Checks stock supplies
  • Obtains supplies from the storeroom
  • Collects cups daily within stipulated hours
  • Cleans kitchen during lunch
  • Placing necessary orders for cleaning materials and refreshments;
  • Collects plates and cups from desks and canteen area
  • Cleans kitchen throughout the day and keeps the area neat and tidy

Refreshment Service

  • Offers and prepares and serves refreshments to guests
  • Makes and serves refreshments to staff at allocated break times

Office Management

  • Assists with office events such as team celebrations
  • Provides relief reception cover when required
  • General officer assistance to various departments as required
  • Management of the switchboard
  • Efficient and professional handling of all incoming calls
  • Full responsibility for reception area
  • Professional receiving of guests
  • Management of board room and Meeting room bookings
  • Monitoring of staff daily movements
  • General office administration

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12/ Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Examination (BGCSE)
  • 2-3 years similar experience
  • Must be well presented and demonstrate excellent hygiene standards at all times
  • Must be physically active as this role requires standing for long periods of time
