Detailed Job Advert:
As the Organisational Psychology Intern you will work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining exposure in HR/Organisational Psychology in different industries.
You will be trained to use innovative technology in recruitment, assessments, engagement and retention, to deliver on professional services. Our Intern will support clients and the consulting team.
You will be able to complete your Internship programme under the supervision of a Senior Psychologist.
We have two amazing opportunities for Interns, one in Pretoria and one in Cape Town.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, with the first year (course work) completed.
Experience:
- 1 year’s work experience in an HR role will be advantageous.
