JOB DESCRIPTION:       

  • General office administration (reception & housekeeping)
  • Assisting walk-in customers
  • Coordinating deliveries
  • Tending to client and staff enquiries
  • Effectively assisting and keeping record of return of payments (cash, EFT and card transactions)
  • Manage quotations, proforma invoices and orders
  • Collection of outstanding fees
  • Administration of petty cash
  • Maintaining accurate records of documentation related to the banking of cash received
  • Provide weekly reports to the General Manager
  • Debtors and creditors
  • Checking of weekly payroll reports                       

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:          

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and Organising skills
  • Work well under pressure and demonstrating high levels of resilience
  • Analytical skills
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Proficiency on ERP systems (SAP, SAGE, Pastel or Quickbooks) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (MS word, Excel, Outlook, etc)                 

QUALIFICATION:           

  • Grade 12
  • Office Administration Qualification will be advantageous
  • Valid driving license code 8
  • Own transport
