Job purpose:

The primary role of Business Performance Specialist is to develop a strong understanding of Orange Money performance metrics across all activities, as well as develop and implement a repeatable process for monitoring and reporting the performance of the business. Continuously monitor the performance of the Orange Money key performance metrics along with the strategy and annual budget to ensure growth and profitability by tracking revenue performance for the new and existing services. 

Main/Principal Missions:

• Optimize the Orange Money performance reporting process through in-depth business performance analysis and provide performance insights and recommendations to improve performance metrics
• Coordinate pricing and business case validation of Orange money for new and existing products and services with support from Finance Controlling
• Contribute to and manage the Orange Money annual budget, marketing plan, strategy and the operational plan
• Support the growth of Orange Money by identifying revenue leakages and Implement sound cost cutting initiatives to improve profitability
• Continuously monitor the performance of Orange Money products and propose relevant marketing campaigns and promotions to boost business performance 
• Build a performance focused culture by working with the product team throughout the product life cycle to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set for all products 
• Monitor industry trends locally and globally in respect of competition, vendors, customers, regulation, product tariffs to inform development of appropriate product concepts
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to automate and continuously improve Orange Money KPI reporting and dashboard

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or any Business related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a business performance discipline.
• Experience within banking or mobile financial services will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Word).
