To ensure timely and accurate accounting for all accounts receivable to optimize company cash flow.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Reconcile accounts receivable accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Post receipts and payments to customer accounts accurately.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and collect payments from customers.
• Provide accounts receivable ageing reports to management.
• Identify potential bad debts and recommend write-offs.
• Continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes.
• Reduce error rate in execution of work processes measured by Control Index.
• Uphold company policies and accounting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• AAT/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts receivable role
• Knowledge of accounting standards and procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
