Overview:

The Financial Manager is a proactive and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. This role requires a strong foundation in financial management, coupled with the initiative, determination, and work ethic to develop and implement financial control mechanisms at the company Group level. The Financial Manager plays a key role in financial modeling, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks, as well as provide support to the Development Finance department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Modeling at Group level (numerous entities)
2. Cashflow Planning & Management
3. Financial Reporting & Compliance
4. Risk Management & Financial controls and procedures
5. Payroll processing
6. Preparation & submission of VAT and PAYE
7. Tax planning at Group level

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in financial management or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A self-starter with a resilient mindset, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work hard and go the extra mile to achieve success and seize opportunities for personal growth and development.
• Willingness to perform administrative duties in the office.
• Code-B Driver’s License
