Key Performance Areas Responsible for onboarding, supporting, training and development of newly hired advisors. Provides support to financial advisers and their clients by overseeing the initial probationary period on new advisers in terms of attending meetings, tracking activity, identifying gaps in skill to ensure new advisors flourish and vest into fully fledged and productive financial advisers for the business. Qualifications & Experience Business related Degree. COP mandatory 3 years post qualification experience in Sales and Marketing management Skills & Competencies Experience in managing a team of sales people Knowledge and understanding of life insurance industry Financial literacy Sales Planning and Coordination Training and development skills
