QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE A Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required. A Master’s Degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is highly preferred. 8 years of experience (5 of which should have been in a senior leadership role) in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry. Proven track record of success in a senior business development or sales role, with demonstrated experience in leading teams
