Role Purpose:

• Optimum running of pellet mills to meet quality and production requirements 

Required Qualifications:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics
• Computer Literate 

Required Experience:

• 12 months’ experience in a production or similar environment

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability and skill to manage a Pellet Mill to ensure optimum output through proper manufacturing principles, good housekeeping and up to date Admin
• Medically fit
• Possess a willing, helpful and positive attitude of the job as well as endurance to succeed
• High levels of honesty & integrity
• Ability to work independently & in a team environment
• Must have good sense of responsibility & pay attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in a dust and hot environment
