Main Principle Missions
- Manage Execution of Key Projects in IT & D
- Review and improve department processes and manage the annual technical audit.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Main/principal Activities
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Illustrates and promotes Agile values and principles.
- Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Collaborate with engineering (Infrastructure and security) and development teams.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Set specific digital objectives, projects and monitor progress
- Oversee digital projects models to address business problems.

Requirements
Academic level: Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or Telecommunication/IT
Minimum experience: 5 years’ experience in a Telecommunication environment or related field.
Skills Needed
- Proven working experience in digital transformation & project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, organizational and coordination abilities.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Ability to explain complicated issues in nontechnical terms.
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method.
- Adept at story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other agile techniques.
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
