The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Assisting the Store Controller with all stores Admin tasks;
• Ensure proper housekeeping of the stores and work areas;
• Assisting with daily and monthly stock takes;
• Receiving of packaging and ingredients from suppliers;
• Issuing of Stock to production and other departments;
• Maintaining 20 Keys/ HACCP / Risk Control;
• Ensure food safety controls and procedures are adhered to.

 

  The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Matric / Store qualification;
• At least 3 years’ experience in store stores environment;
• Computer literate;
• Must be in possession of a Reach Truck & Forklift license;
• Fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal skills;
• Effective time management;
• Must be willing to work shifts;
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
