The main purpose of this position is to conduct business analysis on implementation information and provide solutions for business, including but not limited to: client liaison to gather relevant information to ensure efficient implementation, to align client requirements to business processes and documenting processes and implementation specifications. The incumbent will be required to focus on system configuration, testing of system functionality and support to Sales and Key Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system configuration in line with business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between key stakeholders/customers and the project team to determine customer needs and translate these into business requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver on service level agreements applicable to internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
• Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
• Drive service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards to ensure that clients receive appropriate advice and after sales service.
• Be and encourage innovation, change agility and collaboration within the team.
• Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 3 years experience in Value Added Service (VAS) environment.
• General process and business analysis experience.
• Must have a Matric Certificate.
• Relevant degree or diploma is advantageous.
